I have spent a bit of time helping others with a little editing - it is time-consuming work, but actually quite interesting too. I get to see how others express themselves in the raw before I help them streamline their writing and fully express their fantasies. I have also come to realise how very personal and intimate some of these can be...

I have started a few more stories, but I simply haven't had the time to fully edit them myself, nor complete all of them. I shall, hopefully, have a little more time towards November and then post one or two to see what sort of reaction they garner.

DONE!!! DONE!!! DONE!!!

A few moments ago I submitted Chapter 5 of the Alexander and Hephaestion story. It is verging on sadomasochism , but I didn't want it to get too hard (okay, really no pun intended there) between them (oh dear god it got worse!).

I don't want to give too much away before you have read it, but let's just say that Hephaestion finally gets Alexander right where he wants him and has his very wicked way with him... ;-)

Do let me know what you think when it is up - usually takes about 3-5 days. I shall post a link on here when it is up so you can go directly to it.

This procrastination has got to stop...

Yup, you guessed it, I've been sitting around procrastinating about the next chapter of the Alexander & Hephaestion story for the better part of the last couple of months. Enough already! Even I have got bored of my procrastinating self.

So, I have a plan.

Every evening instead of irritating the heck out of myself by coming up with various scenarios for A and H to involve their good selves in, I am going to get off my ass (or on it... which would make a bit more sense), flex my fingers and get going. In fact, I'm really looking forward to it.

I am not sure if you guys have seen Rome - the HBO/BBC series that was on a while ago? I have been re-watching the first series and was genuinely blown away by how good the sets/costumes (and Mark Antony) were. Anywho, the hunks have definitely caught my attention... and my imagination.

Watch this space.

The new story was up online a couple of days ago and I am really grateful for the number of people who have read it and voted for it. It definitely makes me sit down and want to write more. Things have been so busy chez moi that I haven't had a chance to do much in the way of writing since the last story, but the next installment is slowly but surely taking shape in my mind... I have to tell you, the daydreaming aspect of story writing is most enjoyable ;-)

The new chapter has been submitted! I spent a few hours reading through it, adding bits, changing bits, etc yesterday evening having received feedback from a friend. I was quite happy with it by the end and so decided to bite the bullet and simply submit it to Literotica. It usually takes about 5 days for a story to be approved, so fingers crossed it is online soon.

I'd really love to hear what you think - it is definitely a progression from the previous chapters and, well, rather different too.

Anyway, I'd better get back to doing some work!

Bit of a block

I've actually written 4 pages of the next chapter of the Alexander and Hephaestion story, however, it's not quite as I want it. I've introduced another character, Barsine, who is a woman. The widow of a man Alexander killed. This clash of personalities will perhaps lead to 'issues' between Alexander and Hephaestion... I'm not entirely sure just yet. The story is still quietly forming and moulding itself.

Any input would be most appreciated! Let me know what you would like! Any contructive criticism certainly helps me to write!

I did receive a handful of e-mails/comments re: the accuracy of the historical elements in the first chapter. I can only say that although I have taken the basis of the Alexander stories from historians such as Plutarch and Arrian among others, the rest is entirely derived from my own, rather naughty, imagination. It is absolutely not my intention to write a work of historical accuracy with footnotes etc - that would defeat the object of erotic literature surely?! Instead, I am letting my imagination run wild and allow the incredible relationship between Alexander and Hephaestion to blossom in a way which has not come down to us through rather more academic tracts. (Let's face it, a fair amount of ancient 'history' is written with a fair amount of added spice which hasn't been derived from anything other than a hearty imagination)

I thank the anonymous comment on this blog - I hadn't come across Steve Berry's work, but I shall certainly look into it! I love a good mystery/thriller with a base in ancient history. Actually, if you like that sort of work, I can happily recommend Paul Sussman's books: The Lost Army of Cambyses and also The Last Secret of the Temple. They are not at all erotic, but very are both very good to read nonetheless :-)

I am just waiting for Chapter 3 to be posted. . . and when I receive a bit of feedback re: that, I will get started on the next chapter. I have a fair idea what will go on in Babylon the city reknowned for sin in all its luscious guises ;-)

I'm really pleased with the 2nd one . . . a full 3 pages of raunchy gay sex between Alexander and Hephaestion, whilst the 3rd one was a touch more of the same but with a definite storyline progression.

Once they are approved, I guess I will wait and see what readers think.

The number of those reading the first story - very short and sultry - is actually incredible. At last check, a few moments ago, almost 2000 people had read it. To me, for a first time, that is a raging success.

I've just posted the first chapter of a story detailing the relationship between Alexander and Hephaestion.
