Bit of a block

I've actually written 4 pages of the next chapter of the Alexander and Hephaestion story, however, it's not quite as I want it. I've introduced another character, Barsine, who is a woman. The widow of a man Alexander killed. This clash of personalities will perhaps lead to 'issues' between Alexander and Hephaestion... I'm not entirely sure just yet. The story is still quietly forming and moulding itself.

Any input would be most appreciated! Let me know what you would like! Any contructive criticism certainly helps me to write!

Thank you for such lovely comments on my work - they are all very much appreciated.

I did receive a handful of e-mails/comments re: the accuracy of the historical elements in the first chapter. I can only say that although I have taken the basis of the Alexander stories from historians such as Plutarch and Arrian among others, the rest is entirely derived from my own, rather naughty, imagination. It is absolutely not my intention to write a work of historical accuracy with footnotes etc - that would defeat the object of erotic literature surely?! Instead, I am letting my imagination run wild and allow the incredible relationship between Alexander and Hephaestion to blossom in a way which has not come down to us through rather more academic tracts. (Let's face it, a fair amount of ancient 'history' is written with a fair amount of added spice which hasn't been derived from anything other than a hearty imagination)

I thank the anonymous comment on this blog - I hadn't come across Steve Berry's work, but I shall certainly look into it! I love a good mystery/thriller with a base in ancient history. Actually, if you like that sort of work, I can happily recommend Paul Sussman's books: The Lost Army of Cambyses and also The Last Secret of the Temple. They are not at all erotic, but very are both very good to read nonetheless :-)

I am just waiting for Chapter 3 to be posted. . . and when I receive a bit of feedback re: that, I will get started on the next chapter. I have a fair idea what will go on in Babylon the city reknowned for sin in all its luscious guises ;-)

That is another submission done and dusted! *dances with excitement*

I'm really pleased with the 2nd one . . . a full 3 pages of raunchy gay sex between Alexander and Hephaestion, whilst the 3rd one was a touch more of the same but with a definite storyline progression.

Once they are approved, I guess I will wait and see what readers think.

The number of those reading the first story - very short and sultry - is actually incredible. At last check, a few moments ago, almost 2000 people had read it. To me, for a first time, that is a raging success.

Anywhooo... I stumbled across another blog - that of mynameissawyer. He is a male escort in Seattle and writes so beautifully of his art. I am waiting in anticipation of his next post(s).

Have a fabulous weekend people!

I've just posted the first chapter of a story detailing the relationship between Alexander and Hephaestion. Just waiting for it to be 'moderated' and hopefully it will up on Literotica soon under my username: sjsjs {not exactly inspired name, but when you've spent the last couple of hours immersed in the world of raunchy Macedonians, whaddya expect?!}

The titbit that is already listed whetted some appetites and the e-mails I received on the back of it were hot and wanting more. It totally made my day and got me sitting back at the desk, lamp on, glass of red at the ready and raring to go... fingers crossed, it is what you want.

It's a fabulous way to end a day spent trawling through academic tracts and glaring at tweedy types who think wiggling a caterpillar-like eyebrow at you through the bookshelves is the way to go. Grr...

Incidently - no, I'm NOT a librarian! Although I do occasionally wear black framed spex and the kinkiest lingerie . . .

Well, well...

Who would have thought it - me, yes, me a writer of Erotica... and not just any erotica but a complete and utter fascination with all things related to Gay Sex.

Where it came from, nobody knows. I certainly don't, but my GOD my panties get soaked just thinking about those glorious ancient warriors lusting after each other, swords in hand. ;-)

Come on! Of course I couldn't help that one!
